I reserved a tour through their company and paid a 15k deposit. Later, after developing doubts about their business practices, we requested that they cancel our reservations and issue a refund. Since more than one and a half months have passed, there has been no word regarding the refund from their end. When I called, their representative simply told me to talk to the people who deal with refund issues because she doesn’t, but when I asked for their phone number, she replied, “Website se le lo.” On their website, however, a wrong number is provided. Please assist me in getting my money back.
