I was considering a Kashmir package when Online GLobals called and made me an offer for one for INR40,000 for five nights and six days. The offer was accepted by both parties in exchange for a 25% down payment.
They made a reservation for one night after receiving a 25% advance payment; all subsequent reservations required a 50% advance payment. After receiving my 50% advance payment, they made hotel reservations for 2 more nights. Bookings for the remaining two days required full payment. I made the full payment because I was at a loss for alternatives.
After receiving the payment they started downgrading the hotel class and asked another 10,000/- if I book the same hotel as mentioned in their plan.
Citing this nonsense, I canceled the reservation and requested a refund on November 1, 2022, but the money has still not arrived. Very deceptive and fraudulent agency.
