I placed an order for a flower bouquet with sweets which supposed to be delivered on 2/2/2018. But they failed to deliver it due to some reason. The order should be delivered in Malappuram,Kerala. And took an excuse to deliver on the next day between 14:00-16:00 but failed again. I clearly mentioned with they agent Priya that this is going to be a Surprise for my inlaws, which means they should not receive any calls about this.

This company dnt feel guilty for the bad service too. I have asked for my refund.
