I have the internet connection from orange infocom nagpur. The franchisee holder of my area is very pathetic. Within every 2days problem arises in the network. The authorized person don’t even bother to look into the problem after sometime he dont even bother to receive my calls. This is affecting my business a lot. I just cant let them go sine i have paid 3000 as installation charges and its been only 2 months. The person from head office don’t take the responsibility. I am trapped with this installation payment.
