Many times server goes down..they never pickup calls. Also registered complaint is taken casually. They dont manage the payment properly.And main issue is they wont give the actual speed which is given in the plan..like i use (10mbps upto 45 gb then 2mbps unlimited afterwards) but form starting of the plan i only get 300-400 kbps downloading speed…The biggest complaint is “They dont care about the customer’s complaint”. Also the internet goes off at night 10, 11pm and starts at 9, 10am most of the time. Planning to file a case on them.
