I was asked to cancel my subscription before month and subscription dues. they are having very fraud process without informing customer debt amount to your account.

– lack of knowledge on customer service
– no one ready to solve your problem
– un professional company
– no one answer your call, after your call transfer to cancellation desk so called VIP.
– They charged me for cancellation $5 ( never mentioned anywhere)
– for cancellation they charged one month notice as well.

I strongly suggest not go with OSN
