Sir, i booked a plot of 360 sq. Yards in bhaskar valley, karjat with orior developers wayback in feb.2007. I had intended to construct a small cottage for my family n settle down there after retirement. But unfortunately, the dreams nurtured by me n my family have been cruelly shattered by orior. Till date we are continuing on rent. This has severely affected my mental, physical, social n emotional state of mind n most importantly, has led to financial crisis. I am in a depressed state. Please let me know when are u going to hand it over to me. I have no pending payment from my side except the last one which was not demanded by the company itself. We had even visited the site in may 2013 on our own expense and had met col. Dhody. He told that within two years, the ongoing dispute regarding ews flats was likely to be resolved and thereafter we would be handed over the possession. But to my utter dismay, whenever i try to contact them, neither col. Dhody nor mr. Gaurav dhody gives a satisfactory reply. Mr. Gaurav hardly picks the call. This is a very careless n irresponsible behaviour n approach being shown by the all-in alls of the company. It is simply agonising the innocent customers like us. Do they think that with this kind of karma, they are going to lead a happy life? They think they are accumulating wealth but i think they are accumulating curses only, which is not going to land them safely in this birth and several others too. If they want to clear and rectify their account of sins, they must act now by handing over the possessions.
