Hi,

I am also stuck with Orior developers as I had invested in Bhaskar enclave II and Karjat valley. It is more than five years
now I have been asking for registration and getting the JDA patta.

Everytime they mention that patta is not getting issued due to hike in registration prices.

For the plot in Karjat Bhaskar valley, they are saying that we will refund the money but they have not issued any cheque til now

I would like to talk you regarding this
