I had booked 200 yds in bhasker valley in february 2007 against my registration number 2386a.

Few years back when i had approached their gurgaon office i was told there has been a litigation & the issue will be resolved soon.

Now with more than ten years there is still no sign of any kind of communication from the developer’s side on the status of bhasker valley
Project at karjat with my money stuck with them.

Can the developer update on the project or refund my money??
