I booked the plot in Bhaskar II (jaipur) in 2006 measuring 300 sq yard and made the full payment but till date not got the possession of the plot. Inspite of repeated request to Mr. Gaurav Dody . Now office closed and phone is switched off nobody is responding, I approched so many time Gurgoan office but nobody is there and office was found locked. After making the full payment with the hope I have my own house but Mr Gurav Dody diched the investor and underground now. Kindly help me shall I registerd the case for cheating against him.
