I have booked 2 plots with orior developers in 2006. I have spoken to Mr Gaurav Doddy multiple times and each time he assured me that the possession will be given and he would buy a new date.
(He has even told me that he has left the company. But had refused to give me his counter parts no.)
I feel cheated by the company. I have almost given INR 370000/-. I want my hard earned money back. Pls help and suggest the appropriate course of action.
