Since 12 years of allotting plot, they have done nothing, no registration, no possession. have taken all the installments. Gaurav Dhody promised us that he will get the plot registered within 6 months in April 2013 but till date no reply is there from the company.

I went to there designated office today but came to know they have vacated the office and ran away one year ago . NOw I dont know where to approach them
