I had booked the plot in bhaskar enclave-ii in 2006 and made the full payment but the developer did not handed over the possession till date. Developer had closed the office no response all the telephone switched off. I had approched the nclt and the case was already regd. Against him. The next hearing is on 7th nov. 2019 in bench no. 5 in nclt court. My no. Is [protected] kindly maximum owner who did not get the possession may be present on that date so that we may request to the hon’ble court that to take the stick action against the orior developers for not handing over the possession.
