The pacl india limted (Corporate office at 7th floor, gopidas bhavan 28 barakhambha road new delhi – 1). Issued a policy by booking a plot of size 1250 sq yards and took the money in installments of rs 10420 for four years. Now pacl is not returning the money nor giving me any plot. Pacl has not given any document which confirms the location of the plot. The agent of pacl promised that i have to deposit the money in installments and once all the installments are over the plot will be sold by pacl and the realized money (Which was supposed to be the value of the plot at the time of selling) will be deposited in my bank account. Please look into the matter and resolved it.
