I applied for a refund of pacl didn’t get acknowledgement sms. Now whenever i submit a request a new tab opens with a messag “we have already received your claim we are processing it at the moment. Please do not create your ticket again. If you have already not uploaded the documents, please follow the instructions sent in the acknowledgement sms”.
Please provide link to upload the documents as soon as possible so that i can complete my refund process.
