I had applied for issue of new PAN Card on the website of PANIND.COM and paid Rs 300/- by credit card on 29/7/17.

As per the instructions, the hard copy of alongwith the copy of DOB/Address proof duly signed was sent by speed post to

PAN Incharge -PAN Consultancy Center
#5, Site IV, Vikaspuri,
New Delhi 110018

However, the speed post returned with a comment “No such Firm”

Subsequently, all calls to the contact number provided 8081510101 are not being answered. Further, the provision for sending a mail online from the website is also not going through.

Now, I am stuck – having paid the money, unable to submit the hard copy & obtain PAN card.
