Dear Sir/Mam,
I have applied for PAN card online on http://panind.com but did not receive any reply from your side. Order no. :- 15012202948CR I have sent my all documents by speed post. Kindly tear them and i would like to get back my Rs. 299. Back please do the needful as i am applying the refund on the 1st day itself. As per your terms of 3 days
Please do the refund i dont want to go further with your services. Thanks you. Check your email or else call me back your numbers are also not vaild.
Its a big fraud you people dont even reply.
Cantact me and make the refund asap.
