I had applied for a PAN card through Panind.com and paid the amount of Rs. 299 which is very high than the amount it normally requires to apply for a PAN card offline. But due to their faulty email system i got a mail stating that the payment could not be completed and provided me a link to do the repayment for the same form again. I did as i thought that the payment could have failed and paid with a different bank account but astonishingly my bank account was debited with 299 at the very first time. I emailed them but got no response apart from system generated responses.

[email protected] is not my email id. It is [email protected]….. And first of all your company is a fraud. I have yet not received my money in my bank account and its been 2 months since i had applied for a PAN card.
