Dear Sir/Mam,
I have applied for PAN card online on http://panind.com but did not receive any reply from there side. I have sent my all documents by speed post but they did not sent me any verification about this. They have charged me 250 INR but now they did not reply for my emails and not pick up my calls. I have not complaint for money but I have complaint for their poor services. Please do needful action against them.

Hi, my pan card updating request date is 18th may 2019. My order Id number is SA- 15568911673CR and coupon number is G020287896. Its been 2 months i have not received pan card. I submitted all documents like original annexure A signed by gazzeted officer with his office id copy , my passport , my aadhaar and my old pan card copy. I had courier all documents on 19th July 2019. Please update my pan card asap.

Hello Dear Sir/Mam, I applied for my PAN Card from panind.com ( Order id is – SU-14987618921N , Its completely Fraud Service, I didn’t received any coupon related mails, I already submitted/send needful documents by speed post courier service, I mailed them 3 – 4 times but not get/received any mail from them.Very very poor service from PANIND.COM. I’m really very very unlucky because I paid money (Rs300/-) & visited their website.Please do needful action against them.I need my money & my documents back, Please help me. 🙁

I have applied for corrections in PAN CARD alongwith a new PAN CARD and have send all the documents called by panind.com under order ID PA-14975154917LO and it has been more than 15days and despite repeated mails there is no reponse on anything and neither COUPON ID generated ,am short in time for returns to be filed and linking of Aadhar,,,will i get my PAN card ???

I have requested for the correction of my pan card details this panind.com paid Rs. 299 order ID ; SU-14820742005C on 18th Dec 2016
After 2 weeks received a call to send scan copy of the ID proof, same has been sent to them on 10th Jan 2017. Its been more than a month now after send the document. I really dont have any information, mulitple email to [email protected] has not response, just auto-reply that really doesn’t help.

i also faced this problem , i have applied a pan card through this site . my order id is SA-15011282001AN. Coupon Number 628046731. i have requested them man times , sometime they pick my phone but they alsways said they they have submit my application at income tax office. but why they take extra money if they dnt give us service , i request everyone to don’t use this fraud site.
