DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I have applied for pancard through http://www.panind.com on 16th Jan 2017 and paid Rs.299/-and sent all the necessary documents through speed post on 18th Jan 2016 and I got the confirmation message from panind that they received all the documents. But till now I didn’t get the coupon number, when I try to call them(24 times) they won’t lift my call and when I try contact them through email(10 Emails), except the auto generated mails I didn’t get any response. So please send me the coupon number and respond to the mails. I have been waited for 10 days after that only I went through this complaint form. Earlier I didn’t like to write in this form but you people are not responding that’s why I am writing this. So please respect the customers and reply them for 1 out of 5 emails.

i have applied for PAn card online by paying fees of 299rs and i have sent the documents by speed post on 7th march and it has been delivered on 9th march 2017. I have not received my coupon number.

still I didn’t receive my pan card. For the last 7 days it shows the status as your card is under printing. only god knows when will I receive my pancard
