I had applied for correction in Name through PANIND.COM website. They Charged INR 299 for that which is more than twice compared to NSDL.After that when ever i checked the status of application it says physical documents not received where as india post confirms it was delievered with in two days. They never pick up phone call or reply to mails. After few mails they wrote back the acknowledgement number is 287539700054434. I have been very sad with what they do, whenever i check it is always displys that the application under precess. Could you help me in this regard. if possible i would like my refund.
