This email is to bring it to your notice that a request for disbursement of Refund claim for Parsvnath Exotica Project Flat of Dinesh Goel booked 5 years ago is now pending since last more than two months. Me and wife have followed up with Mr. Madan Dogra ( Deputy General Manager- Parsvnath) and Vishal (Accountant) umpteen times through phone and personal physical visits to your Shahdara Office with no results and just a promise that you have sent an email to higher authorities. Till today I have not received even a single penny as refund claim, whereas I was promised on 22nd april 2018 that the entire refund amount would be paid to us within the next 4 months and later it was promised that it will be paid in installments but till today no results are there in-spite of repeated reminders for refund claim or a demand draft in installments.

I had earlier requested and informed to Vishal accountant and you ( Mr. Madan Dogra) that I required funds urgently for my daughter’s admission to NIIT University for Btech admissions and I am currently jobless. I need Rs 4 Lakhs urgently as requested 2 months back through a written letter on 23rd April 2018.
Please do the needful and oblige. I am now fed up and loosing my patience to take legal actions if request being neglected even after repeated reminders. My money is blocked for the last 5 years I am neither getting my principal amount nor any interest on the said amount. I badly need my money back.
