Dear all,

We have booked one flat in phase – iii (Flat no – e4-1204) of parsavnath exotica situated at arthala, ghaziabad near arthala metro station in may’2012. We have submitted all payments on time as per the clp plan informed by builder & agent at the time of booking. We have

But till date, neither the flat been provided nor the money had been refunded.

Even on numerous /regular followups with parsavnath regd office, no positive response from them. They always do fake promises, that it will take few more months to get your problem cleared.

As per rule of non completion of flat/ term completion of flat handover & money refund to be done as per norms mentioned in flat buyer agreement.
Their management/ office bearers are not taking the issue seriously.
