My trip to Kasol-Kheerganga, which was arranged by the management, was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

The trip was plagued by serious mismanagement and inadequate service from the start on June 14.

On June 14, the planned departure time of 6:30 p.m. was postponed until 11:30 p.m., severely upsetting our plans from the beginning.

When the tempo finally arrived at our destination on June 15 at 8 p.m., all of the first day’s scheduled activities had to be canceled.

The promised air conditioning did not work for the majority of the trip, even though it was extremely hot—the temperature reached over 40 degrees Celsius.

Furthermore, the quality of the traveler that was provided was far less than what the brochure had promised. It was everything but what was advertised, and it was of inferior quality in every way.

Day 2: Due to poor management choices, the trek that was originally scheduled for 11 am was rescheduled for 4 pm.

In addition to being inconvenient, this change raised major safety concerns because beginning a 13-kilometer hike after 4 p.m. would require hiking in the dark after 6 p.m., increasing the possibility of accidents.

I am forced to cancel the trip due to these many problems and ask for a prompt refund. They are no longer returning calls and are giving vague justifications for the refund.
Business owners lack the courage to confront customers and resolve their problems.
