Last 2-3 weeks ago paytm has deducted my amount of rs 545/- inr from my account without any information. Many times i have mailed to paytm customer care but they replied as negative. They told that the transaction is made on ebay, so please contact on ebay. But i did not made any transaction on ebay. And they provided an e-mail id for ebay contact , and i have also send mail to mentioned e-mail id. But don’t get any response from the same. Again i have mail to paytm and they replied back their security team will look into this issue. But they don’t . I also mailed them more than 20 times. But no reply. Now what can i do ? Please suggest. As i’m belongs from a middle class family so rs 545/- is a big amount from my end.
