I order an power bank from paytm who’s delivery date was 28th jan and still now 5th February I didn’t get my product. and when I’m complaining on the paytm costumer care they always ignore my query. I want to file a case against them for negligence. And the delay in delivery resulted my business in a great loss. I want case on them .
