Haier 6.2 kg fully automatic WASHING machine

I purchased a WASHING machine from Paytm.com and they does not deliver that product on or after one week of the delivery date. After that
I complained them many times but they refund me my money back after 25 days. They used my money for a month and fails to deliver the product but did not gave me any compensation.
But situation is more worst when they are doing this to me again.
