I booked a BUS ticket with Paytm. Bus didn’t came at boarding point when I try to call on the number provided on the ticket it was a wrond number. Now I complaint to the Paytm but they are not responding. After multiple mails Paytm say that I have to talk with bus operator. Bus operater say that I was not booked ticket with him and bus was not cancelled so contact with paytm. I last my money.
Please do something against Paytm and Paytm have to develop customer care contact number. they only have a mail ID.

Everybody should not buy anything on Paytm.
