Dear sir

I was booked three mobiles in greenshopee.com in 22/08/2015.payment paid same day through through Paytm gate way. But till the date product is not delivered. Two times I am sending mail to given mail id. But no response from that company. Customer care number also engaged.I want know how paytm gate way given to fake websites. I need clear clarification and solution from paytm company.
