Hi,

This is regarding the PayTM site. I did a mobile recharge of 199. But the recharge did not went successful and after I dropped a mail to paytm site 3 times they are not responding me on time. This incident happened on 15-Nov-2014 and till 18- Nov-2015 I have not got my money back.

This is really unprofessional and non-acceptable.
