Deduction even after deactivation of Paytm Soundbox

The name of my company was Velankanni Cold Stores. Up until July 2022, when my business was shut down, I was using Paytm Soundbox. In February 2023, I received a transaction on Paytm for Business for Rs. 1300, and Rs. 800 was immediately taken out as a charge on my Soundbox. I then got in touch with Paytm Customer Care and spoke with a representative.

He responded that my Soundbox was still active when I said that my business had been closed for almost eight months but the charges for Soundbox had still been deducted. He agreed when I told him that I needed to turn off my Soundbox. He informed me that I would not be receiving a refund of the Rs. 800 that had been taken out because I had lost my Soundbox.

A few days ago, someone made a Rs. 2400 transaction on my Paytm business number, and Soundbox was charged Rs. 198. Why is my rental still being deducted after my Soundbox is already deactivated in February 2023? I attempted to get in touch with the customer service team and even sent them an email, but nothing has been done as of yet.
