My name is Rajesh kumar from Asansol(WB)

2 times i ordered memory card of kingston 64 gb from paytm shopping site,both tome they deleverd duplicate product…. both times i return that back to paytm, first time they refunded my paid amount to my paytm wallet within 24 hours but this time they delayed, still they have not returned my paid amount …. Desr sir Before opening his parcel i have recorded from beginning to last of opening the parcel, they sent samsung card instead of kinston with kinston’s invoice & the one they sent to me was plastic product not a memory card…. I request to u please look into this matter n please do the needful….
