Placed order on 29 July 2015, paid by Credit Card. I received a product which was duplicate/fake and not as described on the website. There was no brand label on the product and also there was o label showing weight, seller/manufacturer’s name, date of packaging etc, and the product was just rapped in a polythene sheet. Received the product on 3rd August 2015 ad raised request for return on the same day, along with pictures of product. Paytm care requested further on 4th, 7th & 8th August for arranging return. Subsequetly wrote to [email protected] and [email protected], but no action has bee taken till date.
