PayTM – Faulty Product sent and not refunding

I had purchased Swipe Slate and when I received, It was dead and the power button is completely inside. I called Paytm for the same informing that the product is dead and unable to use . this a surprise gift but I was embarrassed when I received it dead. Paytm Had no clue even if I had received the product. Instead of helping me to get refund they said they will raise a request to show delivered first. I called them again next day. They said they cannot help me as I have to get a DOA letter from service Centre. I had no clue why is this been asked to me as this is their duty to get this sorted as the product I received is faulty. but again and again on calls and emails I received a same reply that I have to get DOA letter to get this replacement processed. When today I went to service Centre they said this is the product Paytm has arranged to get me from Shop clues which I don’t trust at all. and I had no Idea about it. Now I am waiting for my DOA letter and I need PAYTM to process my refund not the product. They are the most pathetic service provider. When I call them I have to wait for almost 25 to 30 minutes to get connected. I do have a recording. and last time when I spoke to them they disconnected the called and did not even try to call me back to sort this issue. I have been feeling so bad that the gift I bought for my Mother was from Paytm. They are so rude on their emails as if they are the one paying for me. Please help me to lodge a complaint on PAYTM.
