Hi,
I have order for Stylox Combo Of Watch Duffle Bag Towel And White Sports Shoes (Size-7) from paytm but I didn’t get the Watch in the courier that I have received. Also, I have ordered shoes Size-7, but I received Size-6.

I have complaint multiple times in customer care by phone, email and by raising a ticket but have never got any response. I have waisted so much money in calling paytm customer care but never got a good response about my complaint.

This is not the first time paytm cheated and stole my hard earned money, I had the experience of poor service of paytm with my ORDER NO. 1201007471 also, which paytm cancelled giving no reason and my money again got stuck with paytm however that money was refunded later but no refunds can cure the mental harrasment that I am going through due to your poor service.

hope you will understand the sadness and disappointment that I am going through and help me in getting my complete product with proper dimensions ( missing watch and shoes Size-7)
