I order a product name “Triveni Cute Green Colored Faux Georgette Printed Sarees” through paytm mall app and order no. Is 3961796970 and filed a return request due to poor quality of product and i got message from paytm that your return will be initiated within 24oct but its isnt proceed after that i have to call again to paytm and then my return picked up but status not updated and i did not get my refund and i also submitted my reverse pickup receipt but paytm saying tHat your request is under process ,you will get your refund but its been 36 days but i havent get my refund ,when i call paytm they said its in under process…
