I bought a jacket from paytm mall on 25 oct2017. Well the product is delievered nd is not fit in size and the material was bad.. so i wanted to return it.. it was delievered to me on 2nd nov 2017.. now i cant return it.. as the product is not showing as delieverd in the order section of paytm mall aap.. and the customer care is not responding.. since.. 2nd nov.. i want help with that. As it was a birthday gift.. which i dont know what to do with now.
