I had th notion tht pay TM mall is a neat & clean organisation looking after the interest of its
customers, but I proved wrong when I myself got cheated and realised the way pay TM is making
money & earning dubiously.
The facts are :-
Ordered – Qty 2 Natraj Signature Daily Need Packs of 5 vide order No 9365599269 & 9365867676 both
dated 02/10/2019 (These were intended for my two daughters as Diwali Gifts.)
Delivered -Both Packs on 08/10/2019 evening.
On Receipt – Order No 9365599269 was found ok.
Order No 9365867676 was lighter in weight & contained only Qty 3 packs instead of Qty 5.
Packs of Cashew nuts and Pistachio were missing,
Complaint – The matter of shortage of items was reported same day on 08/10/2019 night.
Result – No outcome, no promise of making deficiency good, no action, no explaining and on top of
got tag of dishonest customer. (Thanks) ( Pl look into the complete correspondence)

I have placed order no.3947860436 on 10.10.17 through paytm mall for purchase of decorative LED string light. The order is valued Rs.219/- (including delivery charges) which I have already paid through net banking but I am shocked to know the massage of M/s. Blue Dart Corier wherein payble amount of Rs.275 has been shown. I wish to know why this difference of Rs.56/- is occurred. Presently there is no dues on part of me against above order. It is my first order, so please solve the issue immediately.
Duplicate/Fake product received
I ordered for a Tommy Hilfiger TH1791125J CHRONOGRAPH WATCH – MALE from paytm mall on 30.08.2017. My order number is 3742186719. The product was priced at Rs. 12500/- out of which i received a cash back of Rs. 5000.
On receiving the product to my surprise it was a fake & duplicate product labelled as tommy hilfiger watch. When i tried raising return/refund request, paytm mall rejected request stating that the product is not returnable.
I made multiple calls to customer care, none of which were answered. On sending emails to customer care, they replied stating that the complaint is under process. Its been more than 2 weeks that paytm has not resolved my complaint with no further hopes to resolve too.
I urge consumer court via my complaint to stictly punish these e-commerce portal so that no fake seller is listed anymore.
I on behalf of many such aggrieved consumers demand strict punishment againts paytm mall. Hoping to get my money back soon & punishment to the violators.

I have ordered D’Nature Fresh Raw Almonds Qty 2.Order no 3713375656.I received D’Nature Fresh Roasted and Salted Cashew nuts pack of 1.Seller approved my return request and I have returned what I received. I received only one product so delivery partner cancelled return pick up for 2nd product as I didn’t received it.paytm messaged me about refund for only one product. What about refund of other item which I didn’t received? Paytm costumer representatives are not even responding to my emails and phone calls also.

I ordered a faux leather wallet from paytm, on 26 aug 2017. The order number is 3725780006 and the seller is ‘r r impex’ based out of mumbai. The damaged product was delivered on 4 aug 2017. From the same day i have been contacting paytm through emails, but they are not responding. Today i spoke to customer care regarding the issue. The representative told me that he can’t help me to return the order because my profile has been deactivated for returns.
First of all, without informing me, how can they change the status of my account. To highlight here, there is no such policy of number of returns and cancellations. And before flagging my account, they should have atleast informed me. I have been using multiple online websites, but never been stuck in such a bad trap.
I ordered online trusting that the portal has verified and genuine sellers who we can trust on. But they are actually providing sub-standard sellers and just making money on that, selling products which can’t be used and returned as well.
