I did an order from Paytm on 03/09/2017 where i had placed an order of 3 jockey under-garments And I received the same on 07/09/2017. But when I opened the packet, I found that the packet is tampered as well as the product I have received is not up to mark, it was just looking lke ordinary or local products.
Regarding this issue, I have complained to paytm by writing a mail as wrll as call on 8th sep 2017 for return of product because I was not satisfied with quality of product,
They have taken three working days for resolving the issue but unfortunately after 3days they refused to return.
After that i have dropped a complaint on Twitter and was waiting for revert but i didn’t got any revert from theri side.
So after so many reminders i am putting a complaint for paytm as they have sended me a duplicate product.
Please consider this mail as my complaint for paytm.
