Tommy Hilfiger TH1791125J CHRONOGRAPH WATCH – MALE

I ordered for a Tommy Hilfiger TH1791125J CHRONOGRAPH WATCH – MALE from paytm mall on 30.08.2017. My order number is 3742186719. The product was priced at Rs. 12500/- out of which i received a cash back of Rs. 5000.
On receiving the product to my surprise it was a fake & duplicate product labelled as tommy hilfiger watch. When i tried raising return/refund request, paytm mall rejected request stating that the product is not returnable.
I made multiple calls to customer care, none of which were answered. On sending emails to customer care, they replied stating that the complaint is under process. Its been more than 2 weeks that paytm has not resolved my complaint with no further hopes to resolve too.
I urge consumer court via my complaint to stictly punish these e-commerce portal so that no fake seller is listed anymore.
I on behalf of many such aggrieved consumers demand strict punishment againts paytm mall. Hoping to get my money back soon & punishment to the violators.
