I ordered sony srs xb20 Bluetooth speaker from paytm mall order id is 4340737800 , order is prepaid I received a faulty product which shuts down automatically within one minute of use I asked for return which was accepted by the seller but no courier came for pickup and never ever contacted me for the same and kept sending me message of unable to connect with you I kept contacting with paytm mall but they are saying me to wait now my return has been cancelled by the seller this is total mental harassment . Please help me
