hp laptop i3 from paytm

i bought hp laptop i3 from paytm mall app on 27th jan my order no is 4521122446 and when i got the laptop this is 14” laptop but when try to use not satisfied with battery backup which is not describe on product description and keyboard spl number key is not available on keyboard so it is very difficult to use for me .when i give request for refund they replace with same product mode but my problem was not solved then i asked for refund they denied to refund .this laptop model is not usefull .paytm was not describe about this product so they cheat me .pls help me to get refund my money
