I order a hp i3 laptop from paytm mall .there is battery issue in this laptop on 27 jan 2017 i buy this laptop once paytm replace this product same day of delivery but I want refund against this laptop Menston on 1 st complaint .but they give me excuse we have a not refund policy against this product now I used this laptop battery backup is too low rather than other brand and no complete description about battery in product section on paytm no mah no battery power just show 4 cell battery same issue I sent to them they said go service center .why I go for service center when I pay 31499 rs and I m not satisfied this product and I want refund aginst this product so that I can buy genuine product .pls help me paytm denied to refund
