I m Nitin from Pathankot. I ordered a hand blender from Paytm mall on 4th of november with order number 4078711927. Shipment Id 3019167108. My complaint is that I ordered a hand blender on paytm mall & I got in return a mazza bottle full of water & a eye glass cover. I complaint it on paytm mall but they didnt took any action. I m very frustrated because I ddidnt get a refund too of that. This is totally a fraud with the consumers. Please take my complaint seriously & take some action against it. If u take it seriously then u get to know that its a serious issue and many more have been already gone through the same situation.
