Respected Consumer Complaint Website,
I have purchased two e gift vouchers of shoppers Stop from Paytm Mall of Rs 5000/- & 2000/- but when i’m trying to purchase watch at shoppers stop with these e gift vouchers, the first voucher is automatically showing its balance Rs.zero instead of Rs.5000/- on 26/01/2018 at 8:02 PM& second e gift voucher is showing balance of Rs2000/- but on 27/01/2018 the balance of second e gift voucher is also automatically become zero. so kindly request to honorable court to look into the matter & save a poor from the fraud of Rs7000/-
