I ordered a loafers from Paytm mall, they had delivered the item. But I ordered for size 10 and they delivered size 9. The product is kept in the box because it is not fit for me. Now they are saying I can’t return the product because my transaction history is bad.
I called them, they said they can’t do anything, system is like that and they cut the phone. What should I do ?
