I ordered some products from this paytm mall app. They deducted my money and it’s been already 1month but they are not sending my order.i tried to talk with costumer care. But but this app don’t have direct talk to person no. You can only listen information via IVR. No where to talk about problem. They are making fool. Now I read all the reviews from playstore all people are having same problem like me. I hope govt file a case against this fraud company. Millions people ordering from this site. But no one filing case because they don’t knw every one having this problem. Thank you
