Date aug 23, i have placed return of a damaged product delivered by paytm on aug 17. The request still not processed. I have shared all required details of the damaged product with customer care over email but have not heard back from them tried to call them but they just give an assurance some one will call back but no on has call backed in past 1 week. I have tweeted them on social network as well but these cheats don’t even care to reply on media as well.
