I ordered a Led tv order no. 3860022470 dt.25 Sept. 1917 and delivered on 2nd Oct. 2017.As per Paytm advice I call many times to Weston customer care no. 9873254681 but no one responded. I also I formed to Paytm and lodge a complaint, Query ref. No. 41788909 but every times Paytm person written we send your query to higher authority, As sood as we got information we will do solution.Finally they advice me, you install from local technician and we will share cost of installation.
I refused to do for local technician.
My concern is why Paytm will not arrange person for installation.2nd thing if any problem happened who will give warranty because Weston company is not responding.
Now we request Paytm please return my tv and give back my money.
