I have booked ticket from hyderabad to bangalore from PAYTM. Bus operator is SRS Travels. It met with accident in Ananthapur. No assitance provided by SRS or PAYTM. we had to take private travels to reach bangalore with injuries. no cash refunded. After continous followup, they refunded Rs.240. I have paid around Rs1300 for ticket. From ananthapur i took private vechile for Rs.500 till bangalore. Also had medical expenses.
